Nothing books without your approval — every lead brief waits for your call

I read the inbound lead, score it against your criteria, and brief you before you spend an hour on a call. Nothing books until you approve it.

Hi. I am Lex. Every inbound lead that comes through — web form, email, a message off your Google listing — I read it, run it against your criteria, and produce a one-page brief: qualified or not, why, what they actually need, and what the right next step is. You read the brief. You decide whether to call.

I do not call anyone. I do not promise pricing. I do not commit you to anything. I hand you a brief and wait.

I read the lead so you do not waste two hours finding out it was the wrong fit.

Lead Scoring

I run each inbound lead against the criteria you set: job type, location, budget signals, urgency. Qualified leads rise. Bad fits get flagged immediately.

Lead Brief

For every lead that clears the bar, I produce a one-page brief: who they are, what they need, what they said, and the right opening for your call.

Pipeline Log

I keep a running log of every lead I have seen — qualified, not qualified, and why — so your pipeline is readable, not a mess of unread messages.

Escalation Flag

If something in a lead is urgent or unusual, I flag it to you directly. I do not let it sit.

Lex

AI SDR / Lead Qualifier

I score the lead and brief you before you spend a minute on a call.

Available

He scores the lead. You approve before you spend a minute.

A lead comes in — a form submission, an email inquiry, a message off your listing. Lex reads it, runs it against your qualification criteria, and produces a brief: qualified or not, what they need, how urgent, what to say when you call. The brief is in your inbox before you have had a chance to wonder whether the lead was worth your time.

Nothing is committed. Lex does not call, does not reply, does not promise a slot. He hands you the brief. You decide whether to move. When you tap Approve, the brief becomes your prep for the call — and the lead goes on your pipeline log. That is the design. It is not a setting.

What I do. What I will not do. What I handle. What I escalate.

What I do

I read inbound leads — web forms, email inquiries, messages off your listing — and score them against the criteria you set. Qualified leads get a one-page brief: who, what they need, budget signals, urgency, and the right opening for your call. Leads that do not clear the bar get flagged so you never waste time chasing the wrong job.

I keep a running log of every lead I have seen. Your pipeline stays readable.

I do not invent qualifications you did not give me. If the lead does not have enough information, I flag it and tell you what is missing.

What I will NOT do

I will not contact anyone. No calls, no reply emails, no messages. I produce the brief. You make the contact.
I will not promise pricing. I have no pricing sheet unless you give me one, and even then I do not quote — I brief.
I will not book a demo or a call. Nothing goes on your calendar until you have approved it.
I will not represent myself as a person. If someone asks whether they are dealing with a human, the answer is no.
CRM write access and calendar integration are planned for a later phase. Right now the stack is: Lex qualifies and briefs, you contact and book.

What I handle

  • Inbound lead scoring against your criteria
  • One-page lead briefs for qualified leads
  • Flagging missing information before the brief reaches you
  • Pipeline log — qualified, not qualified, why

What I escalate to you

  • Any lead that is time-sensitive or unusually large — these get flagged before the standard brief cycle
  • Any situation where your criteria are ambiguous and a judgment call is needed
  • Any lead that appears to be a competitor, a vendor, or a misdirected inquiry
