We publish practical, AI-focused digital guides (PDFs and eBooks) on using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others in real work. Our guides are educational resources, not professional advice.

AI-Assisted Content: Some guides contain content generated or assisted by AI language models. This is disclosed in the relevant guides. We curate and edit all content for accuracy.

2. Product and Delivery

2.1 Digital Guides

All guides are delivered as downloadable PDFs or eBooks. Once purchased, you have permanent access.

Free guides: Our free starter guide is delivered via email after signup.

Paid guides: Delivered via email immediately after payment confirmation. If you do not receive your guide within 2 hours, check your spam folder and contact hello@ai-field-guide.com.

2.2 Bundles

Bundles are collections of guides at a discounted rate. When you purchase a bundle, you receive access to all included guides.

Lifetime updates: When you purchase a guide or bundle directly from us (not Amazon or Kindle), you receive all future updates to that guide at no additional cost. Amazon or Kindle purchases receive the version current at the time of publication; updates are not automatic on that channel.

2.3 Availability

We reserve the right to update guide content (at no cost to existing buyers), discontinue specific guides or bundles, and change pricing for new purchases. Existing purchases are unaffected by price changes.

3. Returns and Disputes

Amazon Kindle purchases (individual guides): Amazon is the merchant of record for all individual guide purchases made through Kindle Direct Publishing. Returns, refunds, and purchase disputes for Kindle titles are handled by Amazon through their standard Kindle return process. We do not process or issue refunds for Amazon purchases.

Direct purchases (bundles sold on-site via Stripe): For bundles purchased directly on this site, email hello@ai-field-guide.com with your order number and we will review your request. Payments processed through Stripe are subject to Stripe's payment processing terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site or guides for:

• Illegal purposes: Any activity that violates local, state, federal, or international law.
• Intellectual property infringement: Redistributing, republishing, or selling our guides without authorization.
• Plagiarism: Claiming our content as your own.
• Harassment: Sending threatening or abusive messages to our team.
• Fraud: Attempting payment fraud or chargebacks without a legitimate dispute.

Violations may result in denial of site access, revocation of purchase access, referral to law enforcement, or legal action to recover damages.

5. Intellectual Property and Ownership

5.1 Our Content

All guides, cover images, website copy, and brand assets ("AI Field Guide," "Mark Reeves") are owned by AI Field Guide, operated as a sole proprietorship.

When you purchase a guide, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to read and use the guide for your own professional or personal development, share what you learn verbally or in your own work, and apply the strategies in your own business or practice.

You may not redistribute the digital file, post the guide on the internet or file-sharing sites, resell the guide, or create derivative works for commercial sale.

5.2 User Content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or testimonials, you grant us the right to use them for marketing purposes, with or without attribution.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

6.1 Educational Use Only

Our guides are educational resources. They are not professional legal, financial, or medical advice. Do not rely on our guides for legal, investment, or healthcare decisions. Results depend on your effort, tools, and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

6.2 As-Is and As-Available

The site and guides are provided "as-is" and "as-available." We make no warranties that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly secure, or that guides will be perfectly accurate (though we strive for accuracy).

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or guides. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the guide that gave rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

7. Payment and Billing

7.1 Purchase Channels

Amazon Kindle (individual guides): Individual guides are sold through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing. Amazon is the merchant of record. Your payment is processed by Amazon and subject to Amazon's terms and privacy policy. We receive no payment details from Amazon purchases.

Direct (bundles only): Bundles are available for direct purchase on this site. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. Stripe's terms: stripe.com/legal

7.2 Pricing

Prices are in US dollars (USD). For direct purchases via Stripe, applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout based on your location. For Amazon purchases, Amazon handles tax collection on their end.

7.3 Invoices and Receipts

For direct bundle purchases, an invoice and download link are emailed immediately after payment. For Amazon purchases, Amazon provides your receipt. Keep your receipt for your records.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

8.1 Informal Resolution

Before bringing any legal action, contact us at hello@ai-field-guide.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.

8.2 Arbitration or Litigation

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration (for US-based disputes) under American Arbitration Association rules, small claims court where eligible, or court litigation as a final resort. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access to the site or revoke your purchase access if you violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or abuse our support team. For refund eligibility upon revocation, see Section 3.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a material change is made, we will attempt to notify existing customers via email.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Field Guide, operated as a sole proprietorship, regarding your use of the site and guides. No other oral or written statements are binding.
